How to Use FTP
If you are one of our clients, you have been given a username and password to login in with and will need to enter it when prompted. If you are a new client or an existing client and have lost your username or password, please contact your sales or Customer Service Representative to acquire a new one.
As a user you have rights to upload files into a designated folder (typically your company name). Once a file has been uploaded, please notify your sales or Customer Service Representative to ensure your file was received and to ensure it is not removed during routine clean up.
Files should be compressed using either Stuffit (MAC). or Winzip (PC). Other compression
programs
may be used but they must be saved as a self-extracting file.
